    I have the latest version of square for woocommerce installed. I am having difficulties with mew products that are added to our site appearing in square POS. We’ve used this all the time in the past without any issues but it recently stopped working and any new items do not appear.

    I understand that new products are not showing on your Square account.

    When importing items from Square to WooCommerce, your items must match a couple of criteria:

    1. Items must be available at the Square location that’s linked to your WooCommerce store.
    2. Items must have a SKU set in Square. The SKU is used to match items between WooCommerce and Square, so we’ll need a SKU to import along with the item.

    If this did not resolve the issue, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    It was working perfectly fine until a few days ago, we didnt change any settings. I tried syncing the products but it shows it failed.

    Hi I reliazed you arent understanding. Usually when I add new products to our woocommerce website they show up in square through sync within 10 minutes. but now this isnt happening, all new products arent showing in the Square.

    Thanks for the clarification. Could you please provide your system status, as previously mentioned?

    It will help us get a better understanding of your site’s configuration and enable us to replicate the issue in a similar environment (in case it’s a reproducible bug).
