I’ve only recently decided to track inventory via square as I use their payment and POS. Initially I used WooCommerce as Sync Setting to import all the product data into Square to start tracking inventory. I read if you sell via POS and online to have Square as the sync setting. I’ve added new products to wooCommerce as I do normally but they are not syncing to Square. What do I need to do to keep WooCommerce as they main place with product info but Square for inventory only.?

    Hello myskinshopuk

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

When Square is set as the Sync Setting, your products in WooCommerce will be overwritten with data from your Square account.
For more details please check this guide.

So if you add new products to WooComemrce, then these new products will not be synced to Square because your Sync Setting is set to Square.

Could you please share a screenshot of your Sync Settings page?
I want to verify all the settings are correctly configured.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status Report?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Looking forward to your response. ??

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
