New product not showing in feed

In order for us to have a closer look, can you share the following with us:

1. Your product feed URL

Thanks for your reply. The debug.log URL is showing a 403 forbidden error so it seems we are not allowed to open it. Can you open it or grab it from your server and share it with us?

Thanks for sharing this. I had a look and your debug.log does indeed show a large drop in products in your feed. See:

I also noticed that you created an exclude filter on the quantity field (all products with a quantity of 0 are excluded). By default WooCommerce puts the quantity on 0 so are you sure you have set a quantity on all of your products and is this exclude filter not responsible for the drop in products in your feed?

I removed the filter 30 hours ago, synced the file and re-processed it on the merchant centre. The debug file now shows the exact number of products that I have on my website.

However, the merchant centre still shows the old number “831” instead of ~17660. Is there something I am missing?

Google is only automatically fetching your feed once a day so they probably didn’t process your full feed yet. You can force a manual fetch and manual reprocessing of your feed from within your Google Merchant Center so you don’t have to wait for the automated one.
