    Hi,

I have been using your plugin for couple of years and have had plenty of feeds.

I tried setting up new feed for Pricerunner.se but it gets stuck on 0% processing.

First attempt i did make changes to the attributes and mapping.

    Second attempt i

    • updated plugin to latest version
    • deactivate and then activated the plugin
    • Created new feed with standard attributes and no changes to mapping or any rules or filters set

Same issues happens as the first attempt. After clicking generate new feed the page stops and then goes to error 524. After logging in again to wordpress site and go to the plugins manage feeds, the process says 0% and will stay like this.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. The error message you shared is from November 1st, a month old, do you also have one for today or yesterday? Also, the error message you shared is not related to our plugin although it does indicate there might be an issue with your database.

    Hello again!

The fatal error logs showed there was an issue with cache plugin that we have solved. It seems now we can create new feeds and refresh them with changes taking effect.

However, I noticed something new. If a product has a missing value for a column the plugin can take another value from next column.

For example, columns SKU and GTIN. If a product has missing value (like product bundle) it will take the next value (gtin) and place in under SKU.

Can I send you my feed to show you what I mean?

    Thread Starter gorabd

    (@gorabd)

    UPDATE:

I tried once again to make som changes to a feed by deleting few columns. The process runs through 100% and says ready but changes are not taking place if I download the file.

Settings are still saved but it will simple not refresh.

    What’s your suggestions now?

Sounds like you might be looking at an old or cached version of your feed.

Can you share the following with us:

    1. The product feed URL
    2. The plugin debug.log URL so we can see how you configured your feed and if it indeed is updating properly. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

Can I email you the log and the url link?

Sure, please reach out to [email protected] and reference this topic / URL in your email so we know what it is about.
