    I have four bookable seats and if I book all four seats it will be shown on the booking form and if I click the checkout button I will get an email that I have only booked one seat. I look in the plugin under Appointments and actually have only one booking. What is wrong here?

    Hi,

    1. Regarding email notifications.

    If you need to add several appointments in one Email notification, please use the Appointment loop:

    [appointment_loop_start]
    #service_name am #appointment_day um #appointment_time
    [appointment_loop_end]

    2. The number of actually booked time slots. In your setting you have the Autolock mode enabled for the services with the same categories. This makes it so when the timeslot of one service booked, another service in the category becomes unavailable at that time. You set the option ‘Autolock for group booking services’ to reduce the count of available seats but in your services setting I see that ‘Maximum booking count per time slot’ equals 1. Therefore when you trying to book time slots from different services, only the first service will be booked and another will be ignored. To suggest the correct settings, I need to know more about the requirements.

    Hi,
    I would like the user to be able to book lane 1-5 from category 1 at 2:00pm, the next user lane 1-5 from category 1 at 3:00pm, and possibly the third user lane 1-5 from category 1 at 4:00pm and lane 1-4 from category 2 at 4:00pm

    Hi,

    To allow the user to book several services at the same time, you need to disable the Autolock on the Appointments tab of the Webba Settings page.
