new private “private page”

    On my site I use “WP Customer Area” plugin to create some private pages that are visible only by the user to whome I assign it.
    I’d like to alert my customer when this new private page is created and I thought to use Better Notification for this.
    Unfortunately when I choose from the drop down menu the item “New private ‘private page'” nothing happens. When I choose “New private page” the message is sent to each user for whom I have created a similar “new private page” notification. I thought that if I used “New private ‘private page'” the message where sent only to the owner of the private page.
    Am I wrong?

    Hi @valterb,
    Thanks for your message.

    BNFW is working as expected in this scenario. WP Customer Area is adding additional functionality to WordPress and BNFW doesn’t have any integrations with it so there’s no way of it knowing that the notification should go to the ‘owner’ of a page.

    The only thing I can think of is that if the post author is set to the user you wish to notify, you can set up a notification for BNFW that will only notify the post author in a certain situation.
