New primary menu item doesn't show up on the Nav bar

Hi, I just added a new category “Resource Guide” on the primary menu which shows on the Nav bar. I also added ‘uncategorized’ as subitem under the ‘resource guide’ category to move a post that was unrelated to its previous category ‘recipe’. Now when I go to my website, only three older menu items show up and the new category ‘resource guide’ with sub item does not show up at all. However, if I click any of the three menu items, the new category shows up on the nav bar like the rest three.
It is only happening on my desktop. It is working fine my mobile.

What is wrong with my site?
