New Posts not showing, Blog Showing Old posts

My blog is not showing new posts.
I have a new theme, that shows the last 5 “Featured” articles first at the top. The “recent articles” which should be in order that I have posted them, is displaying old posts. Some as old as last year.

No matter how many posts I make, it just keeps pulling up even older posts to display.

Does anyone know what is happening here, and how to fix it?
