Hi @visualbraun,
Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. Most commonly this type of issue occurs when Instagram invalidates your API access token, which makes the plugin unable to update your feed. With the steps below you can try reconnecting your account to resolve this:
Go to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings, click the red trashcan icon on the account under Manage Sources, and then click Add Source and recreate the connection. After this, please go to Instagram Feed > All Feeds > (click the name or pencil icon to edit the feed) > Settings > Sources and ensure your account is selected here.
If those steps don’t resolve this issue, we’d need some more information to help solve the problem, so please reach out via our support form here and be sure to include the System Info from the plugin. You can obtain the System Info here:
1. WordPress DashBoard – Instagram Feed – click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
2. Scroll down to the System Info section on the Support page.
3. Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.
4. Paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.
Best regards,
Louis`
