New posts not appearing on front page

Hi,

For my website (https://www.apuravidaproject.com) I have published a post yesterday (https://www.apuravidaproject.com/2017/03/29/the-lazy-girls-5-minute-breakfast-parfait/). I can see the changes when I customise the site and the link is accessible but it doesn’t come up on the regular home page.

I have tried the following things but am still encountering issues:
> Removing all plug-ins
> Ensured settings show home page should show latest posts
> Tried changing theme to default twenty-sixteen but change did not go through

Theme is Resi if this helps.
