new posts first (as in standard blogs)

    For whatever bizarre reason my default WP installs (https://www.kenliu.co.uk and https://www.stephenaish.com) display posts in the order they were posted, not in the newest posts first that most blogs default to. I’ve done a search on post order but everyone asks about getting old posts first…

    Any help? I want to set it up to show newest posts first.

  • What exactly is the difference between “newest posts first” and “the order they were posted”? The second blog only has one post, so I don’t know how you can tell what the post order is. The other one has the newest post at top, which is the way I’ve seen most blogs do it. Okay, I’ve never seen a blog do it any way other than that really.

    Newest post first seems a bit odd to me. But then I am a bit odd.
