    Hi,
I have a sports news blog which has new posts hourly (sometimes 2 or 3 within an hour at peak times. When new posts are made they do not appear instantly on the index page unless 1) i am logged in 2) i purge the cache using w3 cache.
I am looking for a long term solution so i don’t need to ask the writers to purge the cache every time they write a new article. I have spoken with my hosting company who assure me it is not an issue with them.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

You can use Cache preload in Performance>Page cache. Enabling it builds a cache automatically even before a visitor requests the page. You’ll need to type in the XML sitemap file of your website. Preload the post cache upon publish events ensures that the cached version is updated each time you publish.
