New posts caught in send loop

  • I approved several posts within a 30 minute period and they got caught in a send loop. The plugin sent subscribers an email notification for each of the several posts every hour, until the plugin was disabled.

    Is there an explanation as to why this happened, and any way to ensure this doesn’t happen again?
