New post won't show up on safari until I clear cache?

As the titel says, I can’t get new posts to show up in Safari and need to clear cache before I can see new posts. I don’t have a cacheplugin installed (had w3 total cache but removed it to see if it helped) and it works fine in chrome.
Not sure how to solve this, any suggestions?
