New post won’t show up on home page

Hi there,
My latest post isn’t showing up in the top spot on the home page. No idea why! I tagged it as featured (which I have tied to the righthand sidebar) and it shows up there, but it won’t display in the top spot. Any idea why? Help would be MUCH appreciated! ??
