New Post Options Missing?

  • I have recently moved hosts, and now when I go to the new post interface, I can’t click to switch to Code view.

    However, the Visual view is in fact displaying as Code view (i.e. With HTML tags). The formatting buttons are missing too (b, i, link, etc.)

    Any ideas what this could be? I haven’t changed any of the files.

  • Visit Users -> Your Profile.

    Check the top option to enable the visual rich editor and save.

    I am having a similar problem, I just upgraded to WP 2.1.2 and now only get a blank box for uploading. I went to Users > your profile as previously and I can’t see the option to enable the visual rich editor? Any help?

    After click on “Your Profile”, the checkbox is at the very TOP of the page (not at the bottom like it used to be).

    Either you’re using Safari with it’s broken support for AJAX/ javascripts or you’re using McCaffee with it’s false positive for it’s blocking of the iframe.

    Without knowing your setup and what you’re using, I can’t give you a definate answer.

    I’m using IE or FF and it doesn’t work in either. It was working fine before I moved hosts.

    I get 4 JavaScript errors on the page, saying the tinyMCE is undefined.
