New post acts like it's published, but on site sits the old post.

Hello, I’m new to this, but I’ve come a long way in a short time. Still have a long way to go.
I wrote a new post, used Yoast to fine tune content, and got ready to publish it. Clicked the Post button and tried to view it on my site. quarryhillfarmmaple.com It’s doesn’t show up. The old post is still there.

When I checked settings/reading the posts page is still pointing at the old post title, so I tried pointing it at the new post, saving then viewing the site, but the original post persists. I can direct the Posts at a different page and my new post shows up under it’s own heading in the menu, but then wherever I direct the post page to, that’s where my original post ends up.

I’m worried I’m not making sense, so I’ll try to simplify. I want to put posts on the posts page. How do I make the new post replace the old post??
