New popups not showing

    I created two popups a month ago. They worked, and still work on my site today. Then today I tried to create new popups. When I added the shortcode for the new popups, nothing shows. No link text, nothing.

    I also tried duplicating one of the the old popups, then adding the old shortcode to a new page. The old popups work there, too. But not any new popup shortcode.

    I tried deactivating all my plugins, but can’t find the problem. Can you help? I really like the plugin!

    If you still facing issue then create the new fresh page, add your shortcode and share page link.

    Hello. Sorry to jump in on this thread but I am having the identical issue. I do not understand your answer to the OP.

    I built a couple dozen popups a couple months ago and everything worked without a hitch. I just created another dozen but when I drop the shortcode into a page, nothing shows, ie no text, no link, nothing to click on. I can drop an old shortcode in and everything works fine.

    All I am putting in the popup is media, a gif image.

    The old links that work look like this:

    One of the new links that doesnt work looks like this:

    I am simply dropping the shortcode onto the published page:
    Combo: [popup_anything id=”1726″]

    I leave all other settings alone and have verified they are the same between the popups.

    I can provide more info if needed. any suggestions?

    For me the problem was that I failed to fill in the field called LINK TEXT in the popup’s admin area. So there was no text showing for people to click.

    It sounds like your problem might be a little different. You have an image, but it’s not linking? I’d go through the admin area of the popup and triple-check all the fields. Otherwise, I don’t know what it could be, and you’ll need more expert advice than I can offer.
