  • This is a great plugin–thanks! Had the error above, too–fixed with the Trouble-shooting link, no problem.

Current problem is that it’s double-posting. Of recent posts, it lists five–the most recent one three times, the one before that twice. I had thought it was tagging it every time I edit, but that’s not it. ANy thoughts?

Odd ? Never had that problem before. Are you sure the posts are not posted tripple / double times ??

Remove the two empty lines in the plugin (recentposts.php) and the ‘Cannot add header information’ errors will disappear magically! ??

Well, at least they did on my blog. ??

My site went white again! I have to stop trying these, I can’t follow the simplest instructions.

I was following the fixes in this thread. I was at the bottom, and now its gone.

I had this happen before, and I had to remove plugins via ftp

I’m back up now, I had to remove the plugin.

I tried to add this like this:

    • <h2><?php _e(‘Latest Activity’); ?></h2>
      <? show_recentposts() ?>

It is the same as for my archives. It was fine til I tried to fix the double posting. It showed up and seemed fine.

How would one fix the double posting?

The li’s and ul’s didn’t come through on that post, but are exactly like the “archives” in Kubrick

    I just redid the install.
Here’s what I noticed. After I inserted the code into the sidebar, and ckicked update, the page I was on went white.

In a new browser window, I can still see my site, and the recent posts are there.

Any suggestions on what I did wrong?

    BTW.
I noticed: The double posting seems to be if you have comments or pingbacks.

Once I deactivated the plugin I don’t get the white pages after updating, in the dashboard anymore.

    Hmmzzz

Reckon there must be something I did wrong, basiclyu the recent-posts I wrote here was an exact copy of the DASHBOARD sql-query and output….
