[New Plugin] My Page Order

This is my third plugin that deals with setting an explicit order for things like pages, links, and categories. This time page ordering gets some help with an interface that allows the ordering of all pages at once.
WP allows this ordering out of the box but it has to be done individually on each page. If you want to insert a page in the middle of all your pages, you’d have to go back and update and reorder all the pages below it, this is not user friendly. Check it out and let me know what you think.
