Ive recently installed your content control plugin. I have created a restriction to specific PDF files only to loggin in users but its not working. Any help from your knowledge.

    Hi @redkatdesign,

May we know how your restriction is currently set up?

Please note: Content Control restricts access to media at the content level via the media attachment pages. Content Control does not restrict access at the server level to actual media files (e.g.: .jpg, .gif, .pdf, and .webp files).

This means that this plugin can restrict a page where, for example, the button with a link to the PDF is posted, but users will still be able to see the PDF file if they access the direct link of the PDF file.

We’d still like to know more about how your current settings are setup so we can guide you accordingly.

    We’ll wait for your response!
