New plugin: Character Tools

I just released a plugin I made which lets you insert symbols and foreign characters into your blog posts. It’s like the “insert Symbol” feature of wordprocessors.

Currently, it doesn’t work for the Rich Text Editor, but I plan to add that in in a future version.
