New place missing fields on backend

    When I attempt to add a new place (/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=gd_place) so many of the standard fields are missing. No website, address, etc. I thought it could have been a bad install so I fully removed the data and plugin, reinstalled, same issue.
    Using latest version of GD and WP.
