New PHP errors wth update

My page just got scrambled with new updates. There are two errors, one, the image hover effect gray scale is not working. The second, blog posts are trying to be posted next to each other horizontally instead of one after the other vertically. I have a sidebar plugin that is simply a column that extends to the furthest right of the page. The readouts are below, courtesy of Query Monitor.
