New Photos Not Loading After Uploading

    I recently added 4 photos to my gallery and i can see that tey have been saved. I have tried refreshing the web page and the new images still do not show up. Is there a latency issue between save – uploading on site?

    I cant seem to find whats wrong. I have tried clearing my browsing history, using incognito and using a different browser.

    Hi @alexblum1991,

    There shouldn’t be any latency unless you are using a caching plugin or service that caches the page so respectively, the first thing that I’d try doing is clearing the cache and hard refreshing the page.

    If the above doesn’t help, I’d try increasing the “Images per page” number from “NextGen Gallery -> Gallery Settings -> Basic Thumbnails” to see if that does anything.
