    I enabled the new checkout formular payment as strongly advised by the setup plugin page… since then, my subscriptions have not been working anymore!

    all the recurring payments are seen as “manual” payment and the sepa debit is not sent to stripe.

    When I go to the customer profile account, I see no more payement informations, I need to fill again the sepa page details. after this is fixed, duplicate payments are sent to stripe.

    the SEPA is completely broken here !

    I opened a woocommerce support request bu nobody is answering me since yesterday.

    This is a known bug we are currently working on. Thanks for reporting it.

    In the GitHub report for the issue, there are a few possible workaround available. Can you please try this one to see if it works for you?

    thanks for pointing this out. But I have no clue how to implement the fix, and this fix doesn’t look fixing the issue fro what I can read. When is the fix release planned please? my store is a huge mess currently !

    duplicate payments and fees to refund the duplicate payments costs me a lot ! and not really good looking from customer prospective. This can’t stay like this.

    As mentioned here, it works in most cases and I am not sure if it will for you as well.

    I suggest using the?Code Snippets?plugin to add this PHP snippet to your site. You can go to Code Snippets > Add New Snippet > Paste the code > Save the changes > Activate the snippet.

    Please note that we do not provide support for custom code or third-party plugins, so make sure you have a backup of your website before making any changes. If you are uncomfortable with code, I recommend consulting a web developer.

    I implemented the workaround script. The payments are now seen as sepa debit and not manual anymore.

    how can I double check that I won’t have duplicate payments anymore?

    how will I know I can remove the workaround script and the patch will be released?

    I suggest temporarily switching Stripe to test mode and running a test order to see if everything works correctly, then switching it back to live mode.
