new password doesn’t confirm

    Hi,
    The password does this:
    1. user enters username
    2. user receives link to set the new password
    3. user enters new password twice
    4. user clicks confirmation button.

    But after the click, the page doesn’t redirect to the confirmation page NOR does the user receive an email that confirms the edited password.

    So basically the password can’t be reset. When i deactivate UM WordPress handles the reset process very well.

    Any suggests?
