new pages links

  • I’m playing with new pages for my site. I want to show them to someone without having them made public. Do I simply publish the page and give the person the URL? Or if I do that, will anyone be able to view them?

    In essence, once a page is published is it available to the public even though it isn’t on my menu?

  • The Codex has a great article on how to deal with Content Visibility.

    To answer the question directly, if you do not restrict content visibility, then it will be publicly available.

    Thank you so much Pioneer, appreciate your feedback. Will check that out.I figured if it wasn’t in my menu it couldn’t be seen.
