New page not appearing on the navigation bar

  • Hi folks!

    I′m trying to create a new page for this blog here: https://www.videographia.com.br but the title of this new page is not appearing on the navigation bar and the page itself is getting 404 error: Not Found

    The requested URL /blog/depoimentos/ was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks a lot!

  • Are you sure you published the Page? It’s not a draft or private?

    If that isn’t it, update your permalinks and make sure you don’t have a .htaccess file causing the problem.

    I too have this problem.

    I create a new page and publish it. I have checked that it is not draft of private.

    When I try to go to that page either in the dashboard or through the site it shows 404 Page not found.

    I have recreated the permalinks
    I have recreated the .htaccess file

    to no avail.

    I can see pages and posts that were previously created. This is isolated to new pages.

    Any help is welcome, and indeed URGENTLY needed.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Thanks… for some reason Advanced Category Excluder is causing the problem…
