    Hi @nitish1993

I am facing issue with New Orders Showing very delay in WooCommerce > Orders.
this issues happens many times with 3-4 users.

The delay could be caused by several factors, such as server response time, plugin conflicts, or caching issues. Please ensure your server responds promptly and try disabling other plugins to see if the issue persists.

Sometimes it auto changed status from Cancelled to processing after some time (but it sometimes happens in 3-4 days not daily).

There might be a delay in communication between Razorpay and WooCommerce. When the payment is successful on Razorpay, it should send an IPN (Instant Payment Notification) back to WooCommerce to update the order status. If there’s a delay or failure in this communication, the order status might not be updated immediately.

We recommend checking the Razorpay plugin settings and ensuring the webhook URL is correctly set up. Also, check the Razorpay logs for any errors. If the problem persists, it might be best to contact Razorpay support, as they can provide more insights.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Hi @nitish1993! First, I would suggest removing the razorpay-logs from the transfernow link you shared, as it contains somebody’s personal information.

Next, reach out to RazorPay again with your Fatal Error log, because it appears to contain an error that may shed light on why your orders are not processing. The Fatal Error log is from 4 Oct, while the screenshot of the Order notes you shared are from 24 Sep, so they’re not directly related. However, if you do have a similar Fatal Error log from 24 Sep, or orders that similarly failed on 4 Oct, then there might well be a link.

Your fatal error log suggests RazorPay is causing a fatal error on your site. If that happens when payment confirmation is coming in, then it will prevent the system from recording a successful payment that would lead the order to think payment was not received. If that is the case, you’ll need to do a proper conflict test to isolate which theme or plugin RazorPay is conflicting with.

Ok, will check and back to you soon, means there can be one more reason – theme issue can conflict these issues.

    Hi @nitish1993,

    Sounds like a plan.

Theme conflicts can sometimes cause issues with the functionality of your WooCommerce site.

It’s a good idea to switch to a default WordPress theme (like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four) temporarily to see if the issue persists.

If the issue is resolved, it’s likely that your current theme is causing the conflict.
