  • Hi there,
Yes, the order should be transferred to Zoho CRM when it is placed, regardless of whether the customer is a registered user or a guest. It’s hard to say why it’s not working for you, but if you can send login details for your WordPress admin to [email protected], we’d be happy to troubleshoot further.

    Will do, thank you!

    Hi

Once the lead is created in Zoho I want to create workflow rules related to it.
Zoho requires to make sure that the API call
has the parameter ” wfTrigger=True” when it sends the data to Zoho
otherwise it would not detect the new lead/contact as a newly created lead.

Can you take care of it or should we do something on our side ?

    Thanks

Also, Your Api sends the buyer’s info to zoho, once he places his details and presses the “Proceed to Paypal” button. Unfortunatelly at this stage it is not certain that the client would complete his purchase and pay, thus leaving us with detail of an unclear situation regarding an actual purchase.
Can you elaborate how it should be used to be certain that a purchase was made.
    Thanks

    Hi sassi10,
    Thanks for your feedback.
I’ve confirmed that the wfTrigger parameter is false by default. We could add an option to set whether records added by the plugin should trigger workflow rules.
Currently, the plugin sends the information to Zoho on checkout, which may not reflect a completed and paid-for order. I’ll look into changing this to have the automatic data transfer occur on the order status change to “Processing” instead, or to add an option for when to send the data.
More advanced configuration options are usually added to our Pro plugin (https://potentplugins.com/downloads/woocommerce-zoho-crm-connector-pro-plugin/). I’ll keep you posted on these items.
Also, just a friendly reminder to start your own support thread next time, as it makes things more organized ??

    Hi there,
This is pretty late, but I just noticed I never followed up with you on your requests; my apologies. The pro version (https://potentplugins.com/downloads/woocommerce-zoho-crm-connector-pro-plugin/) does now include the ability to trigger workflow rules, and to send the order to Zoho CRM automatically when the order status changes to “Processing” or “Completed” instead of on order creation.
