New orders not showing up in Woocommerce Dashboard

We have an existing website that has been working fine for a year or so. Recently I had to renew the plugin from custom web which allows us to process our orders and payments through Barclay Card. The renewal was fine but since then the new orders aren’t showing up on the dashboard. Cancelled orders (tests orders by the Kloodos Team) are showing up but no new orders. Thankfully we are still getting emails through informing us that a new order has been placed but we can’t access the details or see the orders on the dashboard.
Desperately need it resolving now as everyone has tried to fix it but failed
