• We have an existing website that has been working fine for a year or so. Recently I had to renew the plugin from custom web which allows us to process our orders and payments through Barclay Card. The renewal was fine but since then the new orders aren’t showing up on the dashboard. Cancelled orders (tests orders by the Kloodos Team) are showing up but no new orders. Thankfully we are still getting emails through informing us that a new order has been placed but we can’t access the details or see the orders on the dashboard.

    Desperately need it resolving now as everyone has tried to fix it but failed

  • Hey, Harriet!

    One thing to check (among many) is the e-mail associated with the payments account, to make sure they match on both sides. I had a client once that I’d set up with Woocommerce that was doing a similar thing to what you describe. Turns out, I had set up the plugin side with one e-mail (which e-mailed me the order info fine) and a different one on the Paypal side (we used Paypal for them). Once I made sure they were the same, things started working fine.

    I have made sure that the email addresses are the same. Still having the same issues. I am getting emails when an order is placed *thank god* but the new orders still are not showing up in WooCommerce dashboard. So so strange and infuriating

    I just had the same problem, i got an order in my email, and an out of stock notice in my email.

    Go to wordpress dashboard and it is as if the order never happened.

    Not good.

    SAME PROBLEM I AM HAVING.

    Orders complete, email received, no sign of the order in the dashboard. Orders do show up in the database. HELP!!

    Same problem here, orders have vanished but showing in the database.
    Can’t find a solution anywhere!

    Did any of you guys find a solution?
