New Orders emails not received

Are other emails from the site working?

What version of WooCommerce are you using?

I know with another unrelated plugin, I have “admin” emails working, but for some reason the messages which were sent to the “client” never showed up at all. Not even in the spam folder.

Can you change the New Order email type to multipart and see if that resolves the issue please

We have changed the new order email to multipart but still not received any mail to admin as well as client.We are using Version 2.3.7 of WooCommerce. Please let us know ASAP.

Use Mandrill and WP Mail SMTP. It’s more reliable and logs sent emails.
