    Hello,

    For a while, we have not been getting new order received emails from WooCommerce when an order is made on the website. I installed WP Mail Logging and have seen that the email in particular is not getting generated. I’ve ran some plugin conflict tests and haven’t resolved the issue that way. All other emails are fine to my knowledge. I’m a relatively new user of WordPress and WooCommerce, hoping for some advice on where to look next as this is a problem.

    I understand that you are not getting new order emails from WooCommerce and you have noticed in the Mail Log that these emails are not being generated.

    Could you tell me if emails were working fine before?
    If they were working fine then have you made any changes or updates to the site that resulted in this issue?

    To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.
    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status?
    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
    After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

    Also, share a copy of the fatal error log. You can find this under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.

    With this information, we will be better able to investigate and understand what might be causing email issues on your site.

    Hey @doublezed2,

    Thanks for the reply. Yes these emails worked in the past. No we have been unable to track it down to any particular change as the cause.

    I understand that the email notifications were functioning correctly in the past. Determining the precise cause of this issue when emails stop sending can indeed be perplexing, especially without an identifiable change to narrow it down.

    Just to double check you confirm that other emails are being delivered from WordPress? I can see you have a Contact Form 7 plugin installed. You can use this form to verify it again.

    Then double-check if the settings are correctly configured to deliver WooCommerce emails to the correct email address. Check this screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/hSCDYe3oABF6

    To proceed, you’ll want to temporarily disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and switch your theme to Storefront. This is a standard process to rule out any conflicts with other plugins or themes that could be impacting the email notifications.

    Once you have this setup, please create a new order and check whether the new order emails are being received. If the emails are working under these conditions, it suggests that the issue lies with a plugin or the theme that was active earlier.
