    There are several places that are still showing the old order numbers:

    1. The Thank You page when some pays with CashApp. At the top of the page, it shows the new order number but the text that the CashApp plugin imports to the Thank You page shows the old order number. So there are 2 different order numbers on this page.
    2. The Email people receive when they pay with CashApp. Same thing, CashApp is importing the old order number instead of the new one.
    3. The Route Shipping Insurance integration is pulling the old order numbers and displaying them in their system and also the emails they send to customers.
    4. The WEmanage app (to you get order notifications on your phone) is showing the old Woo order numbers. The official Woo app shows the new order numbers but WEmanage does not.

    So there seems to be an issue with third parties syncing to the new order numbers. Can you please look into this? Thank you!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    As we haven’t tested the plugin with the CashApp, WEmanage, and the Route Shipping Insurance integration system as such we cannot confirm the compatibility. However, as per our understanding, they might be using returns post_id instead of our sequential number. Unfortunately, this cannot be fixed at our end alone. We suggest you contact the plugin vendor and request them to use?$order->get_order_number()?instead of referencing?$order->id?or?$order->get_id()?when fetching order data. Thanks for understanding.
