New order notification has email send error

    Mail send issues…..

    Using WP SMTP Mail and ATT as the smtp.

    Test emails work but Woocommerce generated “new order placed” does not get received. Log shows mailbox error.

    Mailer: Other SMTP
    SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Request failed; Mailbox unavailable
    SMTP code: 550

    Could your plugin effect emails?

    Hi @homeinsandiego

    Our plugin does not affect the email process. It only attaches documents to WooCommerce-defined emails using the hooks provided by WooCommerce. Therefore, it has no effect on emails at all.

    If the “new order placed” email is being sent without an attachment, please check your mail server settings to see if it allows attachments for your emails or not.

    Also, there might be a misconfiguration in the SMTP server settings. I suggest checking your email configuration. Additionally, verify your recipient’s email address to ensure it’s correct and the mailbox is not full.
