New Order Emails Not Sending

I installed the WP Mail Logging plugin, and it’s not showing any errors. I also added an entirely different email address to the New Order email recipients, and am not receiving New Order emails to ANY email addresses – so I’m confident it’s not my company’s Outlook security settings blocking the emails. The New Order emails are not in any spam or junk folders.
What else should I be doing to troubleshoot this?
ETA: A New Order email came through on Saturday morning, no problem. The site hasn’t been touched since then. Until this morning, I walked a customer through placing an order and no email came through. All plugins and themes are up-to-date, nothing has changed since the email came through on Saturday.
