    Hello,

After transferring our hosting and email of our e-commerce site to Godaddy, we are experiencing an issue where “new order” emails are not reaching our company email. While we can send and receive emails to and from others using this email address, the problem only arises with order confirmation emails through WooCommerce. We don’t see any emails in the spam folder. When we installed wp_mail, it indicates there is no issue with sending emails.

But we noticed that when we added our personal email address next to our company address, we receive the new order emails in our personal Gmail accounts but not in our company email. When we spoke to Godaddy, they mentioned that our email has the SMTP feature, and they have checked all the settings they can. They suggested we reach out to you.

I’m pretty sure that I have read all the FAQ and troubleshooting documents you mentioned before and I am out of solutions but if you have any suggestions it would really be helpful for us.

We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

    Hey there ??

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like you are experiencing email delivery issues after transferring your hosting and email to GoDaddy, correct?

This type of behavior is generally narrowed down to the email service provider (usually your web host), or the email address.

To clarify, is it only the “New order” emails that are not being received, or are order emails experiencing this same issue?

In the meantime, it’s possible that the issue is with the email settings on your server. In that case, can you try using an alternative SMTP provider and see if that helps?

The support guide below provides some suggested providers:

I found a solution. When the sender’s email address is different from the recipient’s email address, the issue is resolved. I have set the sender’s email address as noreply and it works fine.
