New order email with Greek characters are bounced after 7.5.1 upgrade

When a new order is created the New Order email is soft bounced (sent via SendInBlue) since it contains not Quoted-Printable encoded characters. The issue appeared right after the upgrade to 7.5.1. I have tried to replace all Greek characters from the email subject but it didn’t help. During my tests i tried to resend new order notification from the orders actions and the email arrived. The difference here was that since the account i was logged had its language set to English the notification mail was sent in English and so it was not bounced. I believe that something happens when no english characters are present in the order email. Please note that the customers receive their New Order emails without issues. Our hosting provider Siteground replied with the following when they searched on it:
“the issue is with the subject where there are too many special characters or letters with quotation marks on them as it is possible to be Greek characters.”
