    Seems I received a email when a new order is done on my site automatically but it seems some how the Customer Invoice/Order is set up for manually sent. How can this be changed so it is sent when the order is purchased? Seems odd this would be set up for Manually sent. Or must I add a new order email and then set that up to be automatically sent?

    @anharvey, based on the above it sounds like you are concerned about this email being set up for manual submission only:

    I can confirm that this is ok an expected. That template is the one used when you manually select to resubmit order details to the customer. That can be triggered from the order page, in the “Order actions” menu.

    However, this is only meant to be used on special occasions where you need to re-submit those details. By default, customers will receive their order details as part of the confirmation they get after purchasing. The exact email they receive will depend on the status of the order, but it’s normally the “Processing order” or “Completed order” email that you can see in that same section.

    @fhaps yes sir that is the email i am talking about.

    Ok so the Top email.. Do I get that one? Or does that go to customers? What email should be the one to automatically go to customers?

    Is there a way to have processed orders go directly to completed? or do i just need to go and bulk change all orders to completed so they can get their emails?

    The top email (new order) is for you. You can confirm the emails that go to customers by checking the Recipient(s) column in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails – the ones written customer.

    Normally, you would have to manually set processed orders to completed once you’ve fulfilled them. However, there are automatic status manager plugins that can automatically change the status of orders to completed.
