I’ve been using WooCommerce on my site for a few years now.

    I’ve had 60 some orders.
I’ve always received the New Order Confirmation.

In the dashboard/backoffice I have the following set up for recipients

    [email protected], customer

It also contains the following sentence in “Additional Content”

Thank you for your purchase, I will be in touch with the tracking information when the item is completed and shipped.

That sentence shows up in my New Order email that I receive.

I just had a customer, say that while they received notification of the order they did not see that information listed.

Is my email recipients set up correctly with ( [email protected], customer )

Or is this customer simply providing misinformation. I haven’t had anyone else bring this subject up.

If it is correct then great. If it’s not then what needs to be added to the recipient section so that we each receive the notice.

    Thanks,
    Kev

    Disregard.

I set up a dummy item and made the purchase with a secondary email address and I received the order confirmation and the note that should have been included.

This customer either didn’t read it or is just being argumentative.

    This can be closed.
