• I am using wordpress 6.5 latest version and installed woocommerce. For SMTP email, using YayMail.

    When user creates new order and pay for it via Payment Gateway, NO email is getting triggered to store owner and customer both.. But when tried Direct Bank Transfer or Cash On Delivery, EMails get sent.

    I have googled for this issue and tried many options found online. but unfortunately issue is still there

    I have checked Woocommerce – Setting >> Email >> New Order >> Manage. Everything is ok.

    When Tried YayMail >> Manage New Order EMail >> Send Test Order Email. It is working.

    When Order Status is changed from Processing to Other, emails get triggered to customer and it is also working.
