New order email not sending

    Hi,

    Prior to this plugin, I was using the Flatsome theme’s default email theme. Emails were sending fine.

    After setting up this email plugin, the emails to the customer send fine, but the new order emails do not send to the admin or to other emails listed in the “recipients” field. Both the Woocommerce email settings and the Kadence email plugin settings list the same email addresses for recipients. How can this be addressed?

    Hey,
    If you go to woocommerce > status and scroll down to the template overrides can you tell me if any of the templates are overridden?

    Hey so that shows that your child theme is overriding the template for admin-new-order.php

    I suggest finding out why it’s being overridden and either update it or remove it from your child theme if it’s not needed.

    Hi Ben,

    Thanks — I deleted the template from the child theme folder in cpanel and there are now no conflicts in woocommerce > status, but still no change. When I enter a test order from the website front-end, I still get the customer email but not the new order email that should send to the admin/customer service team.

    Any ideas?

    I noticed that this plugin isn’t supported under Kadence’s membership, but I would happily buy that to solve this issue! After trying several email plugins for Woo, I really like this one!

    Hey,
    This isn’t an issue of you needing to buy anything. ??

    Your the only user I’m aware of that is having a problem getting the admin email.

    So the best thing would be to contact your hosting provider, first have them check your php error logs to see if something is erroring when the email tries to send,

    Next have them trace that email to see if it ever is sent and it if is where does it get stuck.
