    Hello,
    I have a problem with your plugin by not sending any email when a pre-order is placed from the customer. Also, the email is not even coming to the store admin.

    I searched everything I could but I’didint find a solution to this problem!
    Can you help?

    Hi,

    which payment gateway you are using and can you confirm the customers are redirected to the thank you page after placing the orders?

    Hello Niloy,
    I’m using the cardlink official payment gateway.
    Yes, after the payment is resolved then it redirects successfully to the Thank you page.

    Hi @og-s ,

    please create a new topic with the system status report so our team can verify it.
    select the menu:?WooCommerce → Status. Then click on the?Get system report?button.

    We tried to test it in our local development server but unfortunately, the cardlink sandbox always declined the test card to complete the order.

    We have a patch for this, but we can’t test it until the test card works.
    Please test this version and let us know if the email notification works.

    I’ve been testing the plugin for the last day with over 100 test orders through the payement gateway.

    Emails are NOT always sending. Some of them werereceived but many of them have not been send.

    And I cant really understand what’s the problem.

    In the past I’ve connected some paymenent gateways with CARDLINK and this page with test cards was really helpful – https://developer.cardlink.gr/documentation_categories/test-cards/#Test-Cards-3DS2

    What else can I do to help you solve this?
