    Hi,

    I encountered a problem just recently and I noticed that I don’t receive emails from NEW COSTUMER ORDER from my website. I do receive payment emails to my paypal account but no notification of NEW COSTUMER ORDER email.

    1.)I am using POSTMAN SMTP — tested an email, it went through and nothing is wrong
    2.)I also added WP MAIL LOGGING — tested it by resending an order and email was sent by the wocommerce but not email received. Logged shows sent with no errors

    My last working email notification was March 27, 2018.

    Please help.

    Hi there,

    Try placing a new order with a test customer account where you expect the email to fail instead of sending a test email or resending a manual email from the backend.

    When doing a test purchase from the front end, does the NEW COSTUMER ORDER get logged and therefore created in the first place?
