    hi there,
    a strange thing happened … a few days ago i saw that during my test customer email for new order didn’t arrive .. ?? but to admin shop arrive .. ??
    and another strange thing is that if i go in order admin panel and for example i change status from on hold to working .. then email to customer arrive?
    and for working to complete order too … email sent to customer ..

    ideas?

    There are a few different things that could be happening here. Can you please tell me which payment method you’re using (i.e. bank transfer)? You may be using multiple payment methods, but I’d like to know which one you’re seeing this behavior with.

    From your screenshot, I’m not sure if that’s the shipping calculator on the cart page, or on the checkout page. I’m wondering because I do see a similar text on my test site on the cart page, but not at all on the checkout page.

    If you want to change the text, the best way to do that is using the Loco Translate plugin, and modifying the strings for your site’s language. Here’s how to get started:
