New order E-mail stopped showing SKU after last update

SKUs show in admin emails only, not customer emails (stock keeping unit is not relevant for customers).

Thanks for your answer Mike. And yes, we want the sku to show up in the email that WE get telling us we received a new order, not the customers email. It was working all along until the latest update. Now it’s not showing up. Is there a limit to the amount of characters allowed? The title of the product is very long.

No limit as far as I know. Do you have custom email templates in your theme perhaps?

I updated the email templates in teh theme with the latest updated templates. That took care of the SKU issue.
Now how do I get the customer name included in the subject line of the admin email?

You’d need to add a new find/replace placeholder for that via this hook https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/blob/master/includes/emails/class-wc-email.php#L243 and then make something like {customer_name} for subject line usage.

Umm.. huh? I looked at that code, do I just copy that one line and add it to the admin email template? And how (or where) do I make the customer_name?
This is a bit over my head, I’m not a programmer, but I understand some.

OMG, You are a genius !! It worked. It is now showing the customer name and the sku in the emails we are getting !! I am done, not doing to get fancy and try anything else.

my wp 4.7.2, Storefront theme 2.1.8 and woocommerce plug in 2.6.14 are all current on 02/27/2017. three partts are stuck.
1. on paypal transaction details, show no sku/item #, full variations descriptions , even on woocommerce report, show NO SKU.
2. if three Attributes, products list are limited. I can not add more than 10 product options in the second attribute I need.
3. some attribute show unrelated options in drop down menu.
4. menu not working right for responisive if smart phone or tablet.
