New official Smart buttons from Paypal not displaying on mobile

    When using the official Woocommerce plugin and the new official Paypal smart buttons, the buttons do not show on /checkout/ page on mobile.

    ===>the official plugin is this one:

    ===>and select
    Use Smart Payment Buttons (they will become mandatory soon)

    Add a product to your cart on mobile and go to /checkout/ page
    At the bottom, when using smart buttons, there is no CONTINUE TO PAYMENT button to click.
    But when not using smart buttons, there is a CONTINUE TO PAYMENT button to click.

    The paypal plugin works well with other themes, so it’s clearly a theme problem.
    For now I can still use the old style buttons, but when they won’t exist anymore, it will be a real problem to use this official payment plugin with customizr theme.

    hello,

    I do not want to share a link here, but to your Email or website if you want.

    Anyway it’s easy, just install the official Paypal plugin, enable smart button as explained, visit the /checkout/ page on your mobile, and you will see that there is no button to continue payment at the bottom of page, so it’s not possible to pay on the /checkout/ page (on mobile).

    I tried on different websites and themes, its not working only with customizr theme.

    By the way, as I have changed back to old style buttons, even if you visit my shop you won’t see the problem, because old buttons are working, but i can send you a screenshot of the problem.

    I don’t seem to be able to reproduce the issue on my end :/

    Does the same issue occur only from a smartphone?
    And the issue occurs only on the checkout page, but the button shows on the cart page?!

    Does the same issue occur also with all the other plugins disabled?

    Thank you, yes only on smartphone, tested on Chrome Android and iPhone.

    Yes, only on the checkout page, but buttons show on cart page.

    I have tested another theme but not disabling plugins. I will try and report.
