New Oder Emails From Customers

You can use this filter: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/master/includes/emails/class-wc-email.php#L631

The filter itself is not enough to change the email, you need to check what the email ID is and return a different From address only if the ID is new_order, otherwise it will change it for all the emails sent by WooCommerce.
