New NEED HELP with Themes and GoDaddy

So i just bought a domain name and hosting from Go daddy. I am in the Cpanel and trying to get it up and running. I have no idea how to do it though..

Any help i would appreciate it very much. I just downloaded the WordPress application, and i have no idea about coding or how to put a template on it.

Any help with this i would love you long time !!!!
